The purpose of regular coaching is to provide you with accountability and support to keep you on target towards achieving the goals you have set in your Organisation Plan.
Regular monthly coaching will challenge the CEO to set realistic financial and other goals for the organisation to achieve month by month.
Over time regular monthly coaching teaches financial understanding along with the overall aim of setting budgets, delivering on objectives while increasing the financial net worth of the organisation.
We’ll ensure your Organisation Plan remains a living, working document and is the filter through which all decisions are made. We’ll help you review your results, clarify areas where you can improve, set 90 day goals and identify strategies to achieve them. Regular coaching gives you dedicated time to make better decisions, utilising knowledge and support from your Coach.
This coaching/mentoring can be funded by some funders who wish to invest in the organisation.
